ALC and Municipal Earthworks Permitting and Material Management
HUC brings practical experience coordinating Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) and municipal permitting for earthworks, soil placement, and material movement. We assist property owners, contractors, and project teams with application preparation, supporting documentation, and coordination with reviewing authorities and qualified professionals.
Our support extends from planning through material handling, including identifying suitable sources and receiving sites, coordinating import and export requirements, and maintaining records of material quantities, origins, destinations, and supporting approvals.
HUC follows applicable Schedule 2 contamination assessment protocols and coordinates the provision of geotechnical and environmental reporting for all imported and exported materials. We work with qualified professionals to document material characteristics, assess suitability for the intended use, and address the requirements of the project, receiving site, and applicable authorities.
